Returns

Returns are accepted on any items that are unworn with original tags still attached. Returns will be refunded to your original form of payment within 21 days of you receiving your order. We also accept exchanges

If an item is listed as FINAL SALE, it cannot be returned.

Final Sale items include:
-Any item marked as FINAL SALE on our website
-Any worn items
-Lingerie
-Underwear
-Earrings
-Face masks
-Bathing suits (if hygienic lining is removed)
-Giftcards

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if items are returned damaged, worn or misused.

If an item is delivered damaged please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
